These SMS Terms describe the Gold Standard Sports text messaging program. They form part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Gold Standard Sports sends recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages to subscribers who have opted in. Messages include your complimentary selection, member selections and results, account and billing notices, and occasional offers relating to your membership.

2. How to join

You join by entering your mobile number on our website and ticking the consent box beside the SMS disclosure. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not add anyone to this program who has not opted in themselves.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the selections published and your account activity.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Gold Standard Sports does not charge for the messages themselves; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.

5. How to stop

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

6. How to get help

For help, reply HELP or email support@goldstandardsports.win.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Privacy

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. 9. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and the account holder of, or authorised to incur charges on, the mobile number you provide.
