These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gold Standard Sports (the “Service”), including our website, memberships, picks, and communications. By purchasing a membership or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is void where prohibited.

2. The Service

Gold Standard Sports provides sports handicapping analysis, picks, and a running record (“the ledger”) for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers of any kind.

3. Membership & Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our third-party payment processor. Your membership renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Because the full record is available for you to review before subscribing, memberships are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. No Guarantees

All picks and analysis reflect our opinion and are provided “as is.” Past performance is not indicative of future results, and we make no guarantee of any outcome, profit, or win rate. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, betting, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

5. Responsible Gaming

If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, help is available. Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Please use the Service responsibly and only risk what you can afford to lose.

6. Acceptable Use

Memberships are for your personal, individual use. You may not share, resell, republish, redistribute, or scrape our picks, the ledger, or any member content. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

7. Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive account, transactional, and — where you have opted in — recurring automated marketing messages from Gold Standard Sports. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Service are owned by Gold Standard Sports or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access member content for personal use only.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Standard Sports disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three (3) months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE], unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes
